Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    pinch of salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)*
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add flour, eggs, milk and vanilla.
    (Lemon juice is optional.)
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Preheat oven to 450, then bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
    Filling should be set and golden brown.
