Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
7/8 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix salt and flour; add milk gradually to make a smooth batter using mixer on low speed.
Beat whole eggs until light and add to mixture.
Add butter.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Turn into \"hissing hot\" buttered iron cupcake tin.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes beginning with hot 450\u00b0 oven.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 11 minutes, 400\u00b0 for 11 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes, decreasing gradually to moderate oven (350\u00b0).
