Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
6 oz. pkg. instant pudding
chocolate syrup
Preparation

Bring water and oleo to boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour quickly until ball forms.
Add one egg at a time, mixing well by hand.
Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let crust cool.
Whip cream cheese in bowl.
Prepare pudding according to package.
Add cream cheese to pudding and beat.
Spread cheese mixture on crust.
Put Cool Whip on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Put in refrigerator to set until time to serve.
