Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 1/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for approximately 50 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Serve warm or cold and with whipped cream if desired.
