Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Cream cocoa, butter and sugar.
Stir in whole egg; mix well. Alternately add flour and applesauce.
Stir in raisins, baking soda and spices.
