Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. crushed saltines
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. sole or perch fillets, drained
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt the butter in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
