Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned and cut into thin strips
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 c. cold chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (undrained)
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro or parsley
    12 (7-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Stir, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, the chicken, onion and garlic, in oil, for about 10 minutes.
