Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork roast
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all seasoning and rub over surface of roast.
    Pour 1 cup of hot water in roast pan and cover roast in pan.
    Cook until tender and fork comes out clean.
    Remove roast from oven and let stand 10 to 20 minutes before slicing.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
