Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. hot boiled rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/4 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes in the butter.
    Add tomatoes and rice, heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes more.
    Season to taste.
    Makes 5 servings.
