Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Combine egg yolks, milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, beating just until blended.
Carefully fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, leaving a few puffs of egg white.
Do not overmix.
Bake in preheated waffle baker.
Makes 3 (9-inch) waffles.
