Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
graham cracker crust
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Put graham cracker crust in a large square Tupperware container and place in freezer while preparing the filling. Chill can of milk.
Pour into a large mixing bowl and place in freezer until crystals form around edge.
Beat until like whipped cream.
Then slowly add a cup of sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Pour into crust and put into freezer until frozen.
Cut into squares when serving.
