Pasta E Fagoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small yellow onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can cannelini beans
    2 c. cooked ditalini noodles
    2 to 3 basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put oil in a large pot and brown onion and garlic.
    Remove from oil.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add basil, parsley and salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 1/2 hour.
    Add beans and heat through. Add the cooked ditalini noodles right before serving.
    Mix well and enjoy.
