Breasts Of Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 large onions, minced
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. Sauterne
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Flour lightly.
    Melt butter in skillet; saute chicken until golden on both sides; transfer to casserole.
    Saute onions and green pepper in butter remaining in skillet for 5 minutes or until onions are transparent.
    Add to casserole.
    Add water and Sauterne.
    Cover; bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
    Stir in sour cream; bake until sauce is hot.
    Serves 6.
