Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
handful of raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Add buttermilk and mix well on high speed, about 5 minutes.
Add raisins and seed; mix in with a spoon.
Pour mixture into a greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan.
Let stand in pan about 15 minutes to cool, then remove and continue to let cool.
