Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. tomatoes, chopped
    9 bell peppers
    5 to 8 hot peppers
    3 c. celery
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 2/3 c. lemon juice
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes.
    Cook peppers, celery, onions and garlic. Combine with tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and tomato paste.
    Put into jars and pressure cook at 10 pounds for 15 minutes for pint jars, 20 minutes for quart jars.
