Sugar Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg white stiff.
Fold in brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecans.\tSpread on cookie sheet.
Bake at 200\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
