Aunt Ruby'S Chicken-Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roll Ritz crackers
2 cans long asparagus
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 1/2 lb. boned chicken
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Place asparagus in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
Slice eggs over asparagus.
Cover with chicken, cut in chunks.
Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
Spread soup mix over eggs and asparagus.
Crumble crackers and mix crumbs with margarine.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Shake paprika on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
