Popeye Power - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 c. uncooked long grain wild rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until it starts to bubble and browns around the outer edges.
