Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk
2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 egg white
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

With mixer, blend the first 5 ingredients together.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1 package of crescent rolls flat, cutting to fit the pan.
Spread cream cheese mixture over flat pastry. Spread second package of crescent rolls over mixture.
Brush with egg white.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting. Keep in refrigerator.
