Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 frying hens
    3 lb. hamburger
    3 lb. ground pork
    6 cans undrained whole tomatoes
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    2 cans lima beans, drained
    1 bottle hot barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans creamed corn
Preparation
    Boil the 3 fryers for 45 minutes.
    Remove from stock.
    Cool and remove meat from bones.
    Refrigerate stock overnight.
    Skim fat off top of chilled stock.
    Brown and drain the hamburger and pork.
