Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. London Broil or flank steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Score steak in crisscross pattern on both sides.
    Combine ingredients in shallow pan.
    Marinate, covered, for several hours or overnight.
    Turn occasionally.
    Grill or broil as desired.
