Marinated Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well. Add vegetables; cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
