Watergate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
3 eggs
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, put the cake mix.
Blend in oil, eggs and 7-Up, beating a little after each addition.
When all is blended, fold in dry pistachio pudding mix, nuts and coconut.
Pour into a Bundt cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with Cover Up Frosting after the cake has cooled.
