Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
dash of salt
dash of paprika
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry white wine or cooking sherry
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small sour cream
Preparation

Place chicken in Dutch oven.
Salt and paprika to taste.
In large bowl, mix soup, wine and mushrooms and pour over chicken. Cook uncovered in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove chicken and add sour cream to sauce.
Place sauce over medium to low heat and simmer until well heated.
Serve rice with chicken and use sauce as a gravy.
