Sausage And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. kielbasa sausage or 1 lb. bratwurst
6 medium, thin-skin potatoes
1 large onion
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. frozen peas
Preparation

Cut sausage in 1-inch pieces.
Cut potatoes in quarters.
Cut onion in 1/8-inch slices.
Put cut meat and vegetables in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over all.
Add oil and toss.
Cover with foil and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and stir in sour cream and peas.
Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir and serve.
