Cinnamon Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
Heat butter, oil and water; bring to a boil and add to dry mixture.
Whisk together eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon and vanilla. Add the whisked mixture in with primary mixture.
Bake in 11 x 18 pan lined with aluminum foil at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cake is done.
