Candied Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 c. orange marmalade
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut carrots crosswise into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
    Drop in saucepan containing a small amount of boiling water and boil about 5 minutes.
    Add marmalade.
    Cook until tender.
    Thicken remaining liquid with cornstarch.
