Fruited Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
1/4 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. raisins
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Toss apples with 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a medium size bowl. Add cabbage, pineapple tidbits and raisins.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss gently.
Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
