Sweet 'Tater Souffle(Souffle Du Chairman) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh cooked sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water; simmer until done.
    Peel and cut in bowl.
    Add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and margarine; beat with a mixer until smooth.
    Put mixture into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Cover with topping; bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
