Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 to 3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (I use pecans)
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 325\u00b0.\tGrease and flour an 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch
loaf
pan.
Set aside.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add\tsugar,\teggs,
oil
and
buttermilk.
Stir to blend. Fold in bananas and nuts.
