Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. turkey broth
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine over low heat; mix in flour and salt. Heat and stir until bubbly. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Makes 6 servings.
