Grilled Mahimahi On Skewers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. fresh or frozen mahimahi
    4 green bell peppers
    2 large Maui onions
    1 (7 oz.) jar lilikoi jelly
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. hot Chinese mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    You will need 24 (10-inch) bamboo skewers.
