Apricot Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped, dried apricots
    6 slices day-old white bread
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour hot water over apricots to cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until softened; drain.
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Cut crusts from bread.
    Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with apricots on each layer.
    Beat eggs just enough to blend thoroughly.
