Portuguese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. flour
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time, then milk.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add slowly to creamed butter mixture.
    Mix well; put on board and knead well. Break in pieces and roll in a ring.
    Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
