Polish Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery with leaves
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. water
    1 lb. kielbasa, skinned and sliced
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. carrots, pared and sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    3 c. potatoes, pared and cubed
Preparation
    In a large pot, melt margarine; add kielbasa, onion and celery.
    Cook until onion and celery are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except potatoes.
    Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes; cover and cook 20 minutes longer.
