Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked carrots
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 lb. venison roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pt. tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Place ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Juice may be thickened for gravy.
