Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, diced
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced and any other leftover meats you wish
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 can Campbell's beef broth
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Add meat and brown. Transfer meat mixture and all remaining ingredients to rice cooker.
Press cook; jambalaya will be ready in 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
