Sherried Eggs And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    salt, seasoned salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    grated Romano cheese
    12 small pork sausage links, cooked and browned
Preparation
    Generously butter 4 sherried egg dishes. Break 2 eggs into each dish without puncturing the yolk.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt, then sprinkle more generously with the seasoned salt. Grind pepper over the eggs.
    Dribble 2 tablespoons of the cream over the egg yolks in each dish. Sprinkle generously with Romano. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 12 to 18 minutes, depending on firmness desired and the material from which your sherried egg dishes are made.
    Arrange sausage around the eggs. Serve at once.
    Makes 4 servings.
