Avocado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. half and half
    2 large avocados, cut up
    1 glove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cilantro
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place half of chicken broth and the remaining ingredients in blender container.
    Blend on medium speed until smooth.
    Stir remaining broth into the avocado mixture.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Garnish with sour cream and paprika, if desired. Yields 6 servings.
