Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. slice and bake sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. brandy
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. thinly sliced fruit (i.e., kiwi, strawberry and banana)
1/2 c. apricot preserves
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cover 14-inch pizza pan with foil.
Cut cookie dough into 1/8 to 1/4 inch rounds.
Arrange in slightly overlapping pattern on prepared pan, covering pan completely. Press dough together to seal.
Bake until puffed and golden, about 10 minutes.
This may be made 8 hours ahead.
