Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and shortening until crumbly. Combine and add egg, water and vinegar.
    Mix together by hand until mixture leaves sides of bowl.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
    Very easy to roll out and will keep up to 2 weeks. Makes 4 crusts.
