Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut or 1 1/3 c. dates and nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually while beating constantly.
    Fold in salt, vanilla and coconut.
    Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated 275\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
