Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
    3 medium carrots, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    croutons
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 5 minutes.
    Saute carrots and onion (use Pam).
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Layer zucchini, soup and carrots, with croutons in each layer, in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Make 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
