Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Boil butter, milk and sugar 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
Beat until of spreading consistency. Perfect for brownies or 24 cupcakes.
