Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style green beans
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 small carton sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Drain beans and corn; pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Mix sour cream, soup and onion; pour over corn and beans.
Sprinkle cheese over it; crush crackers and sprinkle next.
Melt butter; drizzle over crackers.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
