Sicilian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced in rings
    1 sweet red pepper
    1 green pepper
    2 tomatoes
    3 to 4 medium boiling potatoes (Russet)
    1 yellow pepper
    10 to 12 basil leaves
Preparation
    Saute onion in a tablespoon of olive oil until golden.
    Remove from pan; drain on paper towels.
    Cut the potatoes into chunks; boil just until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Core the peppers; cut into strips.
    Saute in olive oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Cut the tomatoes into chunks.
    Make dressing.
