Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Put cocoa in medium saucepan.
    Add sugar and flour; mix well dry before heating.
    Then add very warm water and stir.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Add milk and heat on medium-high.
    Stir contents constantly with spatula to keep from burning.
    When desired thickness is reached, add butter.
    Serve over hot, buttered biscuits.
