Rose'S Brunch For A Bunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    12 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain. Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with salt. Layer sausage, cheese and green pepper over top.
    Combine eggs and milk in bowl; mix well.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until set.
    Yields 8 servings.
