Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 slices fat back
    5 medium fish
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 -14 oz. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 cups water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry fat back to obtain drippings.
    Cook onion until soft in hot grease.
    Mix water, ketchup, sugar and pepper in a sauce pan. Add onion and bring mixture to a boil for about 10 minutes.
    Add fish and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
