Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. corn oil margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt together.
    Combine corn oil margarine and first amount of sugar.
    Add egg whites.
    Add lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Blend well. Chill dough for several hours.
    Shape into balls.
    Dip balls into second amount of sugar.
    Place sugar side up on baking sheet 3 inches apart.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
